Nick, this is providence...I wanted to do your instant puff pastry from Modern Baker today and left my copy in NC (am in France)...knew the ingred but did not have amounts..Searched the internet to no avail. This is the same, is it not??? Wish you were here so we could bake together! Truffle weeks starting the 19th.

Thanks Chi Chi and Mary James... MJML: Yes it is the same recipe, but maybe the amount of dough is slightly more than the one you already have. Eat a truffle for me!

Nick, I tried your recipe for instant puff pastry the other day and was absolutely blown away by how well it worked! I have always made puff pastry and puff dough the "traditional" way, but that day I was a bit tired and short on time so I decided to try your recipe - I should have tried it long ago!!!
